McKnight on Fox pushing bill punishing doctors for treating transgender minors. S.C. Rep. Cezar McKnight, D-Williamsburg, accepted an invitation to Tucker Carlson’s Fox News show Tuesday to promote his bill that would bar doctors from prescribing medications or performing gender-altering surgeries on anybody under the age of 18.
