After debuting their new High Pie pizza pop-up in July, former Rosalie’s owners Leah Highfield and Jeremy Williams kicked off their Sunday residency at Lo-Fi Brewing Aug. 1. Two weeks later, singer/actress Mandy Moore and her husband Taylor Goldsmith stopped by to order multiple pizzas, including High Pie’s corn, mozzarella, sweet pepper and chana masala spiced “Freak on a Yeast.”

“When @mandymooremm and @taylordawesgoldsmith show up at your pop-up @lofibrewing you know it’s going to be GREAT day!!” High Pie wrote on Instagram. “Hope all your Sundays were as great as ours!”

According to Highfield, the Lo-Fi Brewing Sunday series will continue for the foreseeable future (except Sept. 5). Musical acts like 2 Slices and Oukuo join High Pie at the brewery most Sundays, and this week, vegan pastry pop-up Two Twenty Two will be on hand with vegan desserts. You can also find High Pie on other nights of the week at places like Ship’s Wheel Hard Cider and Hobcaw Brewing Company.

“It’s been really fun so far, extra fun when Mandy Moore comes by,” Highfield said.
