As soon as I published that last post, I got an email from McCrady’s about their $35 prix fixe menu:

FIRST COURSE

  • salad of housemade coppa and winter lettuces OR
  • popcorn soup with local shrimp and sour cream powder

SECOND COURSE

  • roasted diver scallops with saffron onions, asparagus, parsnip and chorizo cream OR
  • beef strip loin with huckleberry jus, acorn squash and brussels sprouts

THIRD COURSE

  • apple and pecan bread pudding with Pappy Van Winkle ice cream and buttermilk anglaise

This menu is available Sundays through Thursdays.
