Local Democrats will be holding a vigil for Sen. Ted Kennedy at 6 p.m. tonight at the Folly Beach Pier.

They’ll be throwing flowers into the water and share thoughts and memories of Kennedy, followed by some socializing at BLU restaurant at the Holiday Inn.
