Singer/guitarist Col. Bruce Hampton (ret.) is scheduled to perform at Fiery Ron’s Home Team BBQ on Sullivan’s Island (2209 Middle St.) on Wed. March 2.
The venue has Hampton listed with his recent backing band the Quark Alliance, but word has it that the frontman has assembled a new combo under the name Pharaoh Gummitt, with Duane Trucks on drums, William Barnes on keyboards and guitar, and Kevin Scott on bass.
